Alexander Brown Bell (09 June 1861 - 30 December 1939) Deputy Editor and Chief Leader Writer of the Yorkshire Evening Post.
Transcripts and Images as appropriate of the original manuscripts for selected writings, short stories and lectures of Alexander Brown Bell are presented here.
These appear to be various items ABB did not publish either as part of his professional work with Yorkshire Evening Post or independently in other newspapers under his nom de plume Sidney Wyatt. Though where I have been able to identify a piece has been published a Reference to the corresponding entry in the British Newspaper Archives is listed.
I have not decided yet whether to locate, collate and re-publish his various Sidney Wyatt writings, or his collection of pieces from the YEP - "Post Impressions" for which I do not have the original manuscripts/ re-typed transcriptions..
A review of the Title work, which while apparently unpublished, was submitted for consideration and received an "Honorable Mention" in the Scottish Leader is shown below:
